This is a CD version of the vinyl set previously released by VOD. The track listing is different.

Although the VOD release was very nice it was quite expensive, especially in Australia. Many people prefer the glamour of expensive things (amazing how people will buy our old crap if it's lightly scented), but for the rest of us here's a 'low risk' version which won't delay your next rent payment.

* Somebody is going to claim that the vinyl sounds better. The vinyl was cut from CDs. The CDs were created from low noise cassettes. C'mon.

More detailed information.

The vinyl version of Adenoids included material that had already been released on CD: sections of 80's Cheesecake, Blubberknife, bonus tracks from City Slab Horror and Stretcher. These were included so they could be heard on vinyl for the first time.

For the CD version the track listing has been changed to avoid duplication. Basically there's no point including tracks that most people already have on CD. Instead there are some unreleased tracks from that period. If you would like the tracks that were replaced they can be found on their original albums.

CD 1 includes Discs 1 and 2 of the vinyl with minimal changes. This includes all of Ear Bitten and Clean CDs, which are therefore deleted.

CD 2 drops tracks from Eighties Cheesecake and Blubberknife. It adds some previously unreleased material from 1982.

CD 3 drops the two live at Ozone tracks from City Slab Horror. It extends the 1983 live recording, and adds two tracks from the Nothing on 45 performance on 2MBS-FM. There's still some overlap with City Slab Horror and Stretcher.

CD 4 is complete version of our performance at Sedition in 1983. Sections of this have appeared on Since The Accident.
